Since forming Creative Commercial Realty Consultants, Inc. in July 2000, Sandy Fagin has provided tenant representation for corporate clients, retailers, professionals and not-for-profit organizations throughout the New York metropolitan area.  He also provides consulting services for investors and property owners.  In 2003, Sandy, Sam Irlander and Alan Markowitz joined forces to form RE Com Partners LLC, which provides office, retail and industrial tenant representation, as well as property management, leasing, evaluation and consulting services for investors and landlords.

Before starting Creative Commercial Realty Consultants, Sandy was a Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis New York.  Previous to that he was Senior Managing Director at Murray Hill Properties, a position he took when he left Newmark & Company Real Estate after seven years as a Director of Leasing.  Sandy has been a tenant representative since 1985, helping hundreds of companies to renew their leases, expand or relocate to new facilities.  Over the years he has also served as the leasing agent for a number of prominent Manhattan office buildings.

One of Sandy Fagin's areas of expertise has been representing not-for-profit organizations like American Federation for Aging Research, Entertainment Services Technology Association, National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, Social Accountability International, International Advertising Association, and Friends of Giuliani.  Among Sandy's many successful negotiations was one for New York Magazine at 444 Madison Avenue where their logo illuminates the night sky, a candidate for "Most Ingenious Deal of 1996" from the Real Estate Board of New York [see home page photo].  Sandy represented French cosmetic giant L'Oreal when they opened their Redken Salon at 565 Fifth Avenue and in many other transactions.  More recently he's represented Plasa Media, Tri-State Camera, Harbor Footwear Group, Aithent, Inc., Video Active Productions and Knight Security in negotiations to open new facilities, renew leases or relocate to new space.

Prior to his career in real estate, Sandy was an award-winning radio personality from 1972 until 1985.  He was selected regional winner for "Air Personality of the Year" by Billboard Magazine's International Radio Programming Forum in 1977 as a rock 'n roll disc jockey on WBAB-FM.  In 1998, Sandy created and hosted Real Estate Insider a weekly news/talk program about real estate development originally broadcast on WEVD 1050-AM in New York before that station was sold in 1999.  Real Estate Insider will begin airing again May 13, 2006 on WOR Radio 710-AM in New York every Saturday at 7:30 PM.  Sandy has been a member of the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists since 1976 and the Real Estate Board of New York since 1986.
